SECTION 2 – MEMBERSHIPS, LICENSES, PAYMENTS
By subscribing to any plan on https://novatrading.shop, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our Terms of Use, and authorize NovaTrading to automatically charge your payment method according to the billing period you have selected.
Your subscription will continue until cancelled. If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of your billing cycle, you authorize us to charge your payment method saved on our system for the next billing cycle.
NovaTrading requires at least one debit or credit card as a payment method for subscription signup. By adding or updating your payment details, you authorize us to charge your default saved card for subscription fees associated with our products and services.
All sales are considered final.

We regret to inform you that we are unable to provide refunds for any products or services offered by NovaTrading. Please note that customers who have previously filed a chargeback, dispute request or claim are ineligible for refunds.
All sales are final, and we cannot issue refunds or account credits for situations such as changing your mind about using our product, accidental purchases, insufficient expertise to use our system, or dissatisfaction with our system after purchase. Additionally, if you are unable to activate the NovaTrading software before your membership or license expires, we are unable to issue a refund or account credit.
